RoadWorks Inc does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. No accounts. No analytics. No cloud. Everything you build stays in your pocket.

Information we collect
Nothing. No sign-up, no login, no email or location requests, and no usage tracking. Saves, contracts, fleet, and campaign progress remain on your device only.
How we use information
We never receive data — so nothing is analyzed, profiled, shared, or sold. Map, warehouse, fleet, crew, R&D, and chronicle features all run entirely on-device.
Data storage
Content lives in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad. No cloud sync, no remote backup, no external servers.
Third-party services
No analytics SDKs, ad networks, trackers, or social sign-in. We don't embed tools that report activity elsewhere.
Data security
Because data never crosses a network, it isn't exposed to transmission or remote breach risks. Protection comes from your device's own safeguards.
Children's privacy
We collect nothing from anyone, including children under 13, and align with COPPA and similar standards by design.
Your control
Delete saves or uninstall the app anytime. With no server-side backups, removing the app permanently clears all associated data.

We may update this page and revise the date above. The core promise — fully local, zero collection — will not change.
